Karwar: A couple from Bidar, drowned in the Kali river in Joida town of Uttara Kannada district while attempting to take a selfie.
The incident occurred on Monday evening when the couple lost their balance and fell into the Kali river while taking the selfie, the sources informed. On Tuesday, April 13 the police sources said that the bodies have been fished out.
The investigation is underway.
