New Delhi: In a casual interview with Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed that he had never dreamt of becoming a PM in his life, here on Wednesday, April 24.
He said, “Me being the chief minister of Gujarat for over a decade helped me inculcate qualities and determination of contributing my bit to the country.”
“The experience that I had got becoming the CM, helped me after becoming the PM”, he added.
PM Modi quoted example of Janata Dal (S) and former prime minister H D Deve Gowda and said, “Deve Gowdaji had no opportunity of having such experience, as he had served only for short duration as CM.”
On questions of what next after PM, he said, “I will continue to involve myself in one or the other missions and work, as I have no other talents or hobbies other than that.”
