Hubballi: Minister for municipal administration, CS Shivalli, died after suffering a massive heart attack this afternoon, Friday, March 22.
Shivalli, who was talking to his close associates in the afternoon at around 1.30 pm, suffered a heart attack and was rushed to Life Line Hospital here, but unfortunately he lost his life.
Shivalli, who joined politics in the year 1994, was elected as legislator from Kundgol, Hubballi, thrice. He was an independent candidate and joined the Congress party in 2013, and worked as Minister for municipal administration under Congress-JD(S) coalition government.
