Regular yoga practices benefits women’s health

March 8 is International Women’s Day, a day of women’s achievement, a day that recognizes women who inspire others. In every house, every woman is an inspiration to others.
If the woman of the house is healthy she takes care of the family. Women’s health is not just about physical fitness, but mental health, patience, tolerance, resilience, wisdom to balance everything. She thinks about the future and takes a clear decision. It is believed that behind every successful man there is a woman.
The legacy of worshiping women as equals to God is spiritual thought and practice. Women have been likened to Lakshmi as a complement to the prosperity of the home. The home prospers when women have physical fitness, mental resilience, and spiritual empathy.

Yoga Sadhana for  Women:  Yoga is a lifestyle. The body becomes a tool for all achievement. Yogasanas, Bandhas, Mudras are helpful in maintaining physical health. Pranayama can be used effectively to have mental stability. The practice of meditation as a spiritual experience provides consciousness the help in the acceptance of all as equals. 

Yoga for Beauty Consciousness: Women are beauty lovers who want to devote some time in the day to maintain their beauty. Yoga can be a tool for such aesthetic consciousness. There are two kinds of beauty. inner beauty has the qualities of patience, compassion, affection, love, etc., beauty is also external such as physique, facial brightness, etc. Regular sun salutations (Soorya namaskar), when practiced regularly, strengthen body muscles, and aesthetic consciousness can be maintained. With the implementation of regular yoga, women can balance corporate and personal lives efficiently due to good health.

Menopause is another problem haunting women. It arrives in women over 50 years of age, with body temperature changes, along with chills, headaches, weight gain, sluggish digestion, and mental anguish. A regular diet is an effective treatment for these symptoms.

The yoga profession is one of the most sought-after jobs in today’s world. It is noteworthy that today the women are engaged in the study of Yoga Science as Yoga Teacher, Yoga Trainer, Yoga Therapist, Yoga Lecturer, and Yoga Researcher. Starting a yoga training center could be a good move for a satisfactory yoga career.
