Dharwad: The Gudageri police station in the Dharwad district has ranked as the fifth best police station in the county. The list of top ten best police stations was released by Union home minister Rajanath Singh on Friday, December 21.
There are a total of 22 constables serving at the Gudageri Police Station, according to the authorities at the station. In the year 2017, 80 out of the 82 registered cases were resolved. In the year 2018, 70 out of the 92 registered cases have been resolved.
This police station covers a total of 21 villages spread over an area of 631 sq kilometers.
