Mangaluru : ‘Thovol Rath Zalli’, a book answering the questions raised on the belief of Catholics, authored by Fr. Vincent Victor Menezes, Parish Priest of St. Theresa Church, Paldane was released here recently.
Judicial Vicar of Mangalore Diocese Fr. Walter D’Mello released the book in the presence of Roshan Lasrado, Vice President and Veena Menezes, Secretary, Parish Pastoral Parishad of St. Theresa Church, Paldane.
This book is an eye-opener for those who have left the catholic faith and have joined various groups which are spreading their own versions of catholic community and are questioning the christian faith. The book has 10 chapters all explaining with bible quotes and examples trying to clarify the questions raised by various groups. The book is a reprint of the 1989 book by same author.
During the occasion, Fr. Walter D’Mello who served the parish as a resident priest and now transferred as the Parish Priest of Infant Jesus Church, Modankap and the Dean of Bantwal Deanery was felicitated on behalf of the parishioners.
