SCDCC Bank donates ambulance to Sevanjali Charitable Trust

Mangaluru: SCDCC Bank here on Monday May 17 handed over free ambulance to Sevanjali Charitable Trust headed by MLA Vedavyas Kamath.

Speaking after handing over the ambulance, SCDCC Chairman Dr. M. N. Rajendra Kumar said that we have on the request of MLA Kamath have decided to help in upgrading the infrastructure in Ullal Nursing Home so as to convert it into Covid Care Centre. “We have also distributed mask and sanitisers to the police department,” added Rajendra Kumar.

Speaking on the occasion MLA Kamath said that Rajendra Kumar and SCDCC bank have been responding timely and lending a helping hand to the district administration during the pandemic times on a continuous basis. By providing free ambulance for medical emergencies, he has yet again set a model, he added.

Directors Devi Prasad Shetty, P. G. Rajaram Bhat, Vadiraj Shetty, Shashikumar, Balyottu, Sadashiv Ullal and Harish Chandra, Chief Executive Officer Ravindra, General Manager Gopinath Bhat, Assistant Manager of Co-operative Society Praveen Nayak, Lead Bank Manager Praveen, Sevanjali Trust representative M Naresh Shenoy and Hanumanth Kamath were present.
