Mangaluru: The Pratishta Vardhantiyathsava in Mata Amritanandamayi Monastery in Mangalore was celebrated with great devotion. Venerable Swamini Mangalamruta Prana, who was ordained ascetic from the Amritapuri Ashram in Kerala, was given a grand welcome in the traditional style.
Shri Bhojaraj Kerkera, senior serviceman of the Brahmasthana constituency, and the priest Brahmachari Ratheesh were felicitated.
Dr. Jeevaraj Sorake, president of the Seva Samithi and president of the Amala India Campaign in honor of Mata Amritanandamayi Seva Samithi and the venerable Swamini Mangalamruta Prana on behalf of Amman’s devotees, has been honored by the Math of Mangalore for his service in the last two decades He said.

Devotees who arrived in large numbers as part of the Brahmasthana Prathishtha Vardhanthriyatvasa, chanted the rituals of Mangalore, Udupi, Kundapur, Subrahmanya, Kadaba, Mulki, Uppunda-Byndoor committees. Prasada and Mahaprasha were distributed to all the devotees who arrived.
