Mangaluru: With the prime objective of encouraging International Internships for students, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management (SCEM), Mangaluru has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AIESEC INDIA, thereby providing a global platform for students to explore and develop leadership values.
The agreement, in the form of MoU, formalizes the mutual interaction and strengthens the relationship between SCEM and AIESEC by providing students with the opportunity to live a shared responsibility for the world and equip them with the tools to shape it for a better future. It shall also, focus on creating a youth movement to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals by the year 2030.
The MoU was signed by SCEM Principal Dr Srinivasa Rao Kunte, Industry Connect in-charge Dr Anush Bekal, Business Expansions Head Dhruvraaj Singh Rajvee, and AIESEC Entrepreneurship Exchanges In-charge AIESEC (C/o Manipal Academy of Higher Education, MIT campus, Manipal) Manan Shah.
