Mangaluru: The annual sports meet of Milagres College was held on January 12.
Addressing the gathering, Catholic Syrian Bank AGM, Faustine Tauro, the chief guest of the occasion said that victory or failure is a part of the game. True sportsman spirit is necessary to help build the personality and character of every student, he added.
Principal of the college Rev. Fr Michael Santhumayor welcomed the gathering. Princita D’Souza compeered the programme. Shahida Anjum, student sports representative proposed the vote of thanks.
Rev. Fr Valerian D’Souza, Correspondent, Milagres Institutions, Rev. Fr Michael Santhumayor, Principal, Cassin Rodrigues, Vice Principal, Cecilia Pereira, Vice President of Parish Pastoral Council, Laveena Lobo, PTA President were also present.
