MARS learning centre students win VVM national-level exam

Hyderabad: Nischal R Bhat of class 11 at MARS learning centre has secured third rank at national-level VVM( Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan ) held at Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad on May 18 and 19, 2019. Kalyandeep Ghosh of class 11 at MARS learning centre has secured first rank in south zone of VVM state cluster held at IICT, Hyderabad.

More than 6200 schools nationally, registered for VVM 2018-19 online examination with 1,44,839 students.

Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) is a national level talent search examination for future India. It is a brain child of Vijnana Bharathi (VIBHA). It is the only programme at national level which inculcates pride in every enrolled student for the Indian contribution in science and technology. VVM is totally focused on school going children from class VI to XI for educating and popularizing science among them. It is a platform to inculcate and generate interest in pure science, foster excellence, mentor them for their career in science.

Objective of Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM)

• To provide the winning students with mentors to enrich science learning experience to carry forward their science     education at higher levels
• To organise exposure visits for the winners to various R & D institution in the country
• To identify successful students at the State and National levels and felicitate them with prizes and certificates
