International conference held at Srinivas University

Mangaluru: The College of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University in association with Karnataka State council for science and technology, Institute of productivity, Grimsby, United kingdom and ICT Academy has organized a two days International Conference on the theme “Emerging Trends in Management, Information Technology, and Education” at Hotel Srinivas, GHS Road.

The Conference was inaugurated by CA A Raghavendra Rao, Chancellor, Srinivas University spoke that Because of classroom theory and experience the students become fast in their academics. Internship and practices have given an opportunity to shine you in the profession.

Prof. (Dr.) Y.S. Siddegowda, Vice-Chancellor, Tumkur University said that LPG era has brought a lot of changes. If you look at the trends in management. World-class benchmarking, social media marketing, employee analytics are the best examples for it.

Prof. (Dr.) G Gopa Kumar Vice-Chancellor, Central University of Kerala, said that the 21st century is called a knowledge economy and knowledge society. What we need in this world is relevant knowledge. Our challenges are numerous because we had grown from very difficulties. Today with all the complicities, limitations, difficulties we have to grow and shine in various areas like information technology, nuclear research, space research, the digital revolution and so on.

Dr. Anil Kumar – Registrar, Dr. P. S. Aithal – Vice-Chancellor were present on the stage. The Abstract proceedings of the current Conference were released. The students’ research scholars and teaching faculty had presented the papers at the conference. More than 200 research papers were received and presented at the conference. All the papers presented will be published after review in international journals along with ISBN proceedings.
