Mangaluru: The students of Excellent Science and Commerce PU College, Moodbidri, have performed exceptionally well in the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination- 2019.
Out of the 55 students from Excellent PU College, who took the exam, 2 students have scored above 600 and 12 students above 500.
Santhosh Reddy and Shlokashree have scored 625 and 602 marks respectively. Sudeep Javalli has scored 587, Reno-566, Ganesh Gowda-528, Sagar G-535.
Six out of 33 students who studied PUC in various other institutions and did not get through in NEET in their previous attempt, have scored more than 500 after being trained in Excellent. Among them, 25 students have scored above 400.
Students who have scored above 70 percent in SSLC and above 90 percent in PUC, but could not clear the NEET exam, have passed this time after getting trained in Excellent.
Chairman of the Institution, Yuvaraj Jain has congratulated the students who cleared the NEET 2019 exam. Yuvaraj Jain also congratulated Principal Pradeep Kumar Shetty, NEET Convener Dr. Prashanth Hegde, Chemistry Professor Dayanand and Physics Professor Ramamurthy.
