Bengaluru: Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions (RBEI), an offshore development centre for Bosch worldwide announced their plans to hire 1,000 freshers and 1,500 experienced professionals over the course of 2021, to aid its growth path, and to cater to the demand for niche technology solutions across industries.
RBEI currently employs over 20,000 employees in India. In 2021, the company will hire for skills in areas of mobility, embedded, IT, digital and new age technologies. It plans to recruit fresh graduates from premier institutions and colleges across the country. For its lateral hires, RBEI will adopt a skill and competency-based approach to tap bright talent from the market.

We rewarded this strong performance with an average 10 per cent hike to our employees. To cater to the growing demands of RBEI’s customers, and to build on their existing skills, the new hires will undergo focused learning on the job at the India centres.
