RBEI currently employs over 20,000 employees in India. In 2021, the company will hire for skills in areas of mobility, embedded, IT, digital and new age technologies. It plans to recruit fresh graduates from premier institutions and colleges across the country. For its lateral hires, RBEI will adopt a skill and competency-based approach to tap bright talent from the market.

“Last year, we witnessed unprecedented business momentum at RBEI in India, in what was a difficult year for us all. This was owing to the phenomenal passion and cohesion of our teams, who were driven to build some of the industry’s best technology solutions for our clients. “With the talent landscape being so dynamic and with the influx of digital natives and young talent, our hiring game plan has but no choice to be in tune with the future trends. Bringing in the best talent will serve as our competitive advantage”, said Sriram TV, Vice President HR, RBEI India.

“The challenge is to find the right skills in technology for a market which is developing digitally each day. The market is ready, we now require the right people,” said Muthamma Acharya, Corporate Communication head of RBEI

To cater to the growing demands of RBEI’s customers, and to build on their existing skills, the new hires will undergo focused learning on the job at the India centres.
