Wipro opens its office kitchen to feed the migrant

Bengaluru: In a big boost towards supplying food for the migrant labourers who are in large number in the east Bengaluru areas, the Wipro opened its office kitchen to cook and feed 40,000 migrant labourers. 

“This happened in 24 hours,” said Manivannan, principal secretary, labour department.

“Hari Hegde and Reshmi Shankar made it possible. KAS officer coordinated,” he tweeted.

“When we have such companies and persons, we can overcome anything,” he concluded his tweet.
