Bengaluru: After the Aam Admi Party (AAP) and Congress national leaders, now it is former CM Siddaramaiah’s turn to condemn the suspension of Karnataka IAS officer Mohammad Mohsin, who was the secretary to the Government of Karnataka at the Department of Backward Classes Development.
In a series of tweets on Thursday, Siddaramaiah condemned the action taken against Mohsin, who was in the education department when Siddaramaiah was the Chief Minister of the state between 2013-18.
He tweeted, “I condemn @narendramodi for suspending Karnataka cadre IAS officer Mohammed Mohsin just because the officer was brave enough to check the chopper of self made Chowkidar. Mr. #ElectionChowkidar, Why such insecurity when there is nothing to hide? (sic)”
