Bengaluru: Two more lawmakers in the state have tested positive for COVID 19. With this, the fear of infection has started to spread even among the people’s representatives who are still criticized for throwing safety norms to winds.
Kunigal MLA Dr. HD Ranganath, a doctor by profession tested positive for COVID 19. He is the first MLA to be tested positive.
Chikkamagalur MLC MK Pranesh also tested positive for COVID 19. He participated in several events with the district in-charge minister CT Ravi last week.
Both are now being treated for COVID 19.
It may be recalled that earlier another MLC Puttanna also tested positive for COVID 19
