Bengaluru: The state government has requested the Centre to provide 7,500 jumbo oxygen cylinders, said Health Minister K Sudhakar.
He was speaking to the media persons here on Saturday April 17 and informed that the request has been made in the backdrop of concerns of hospitals in the state running out of the cylinder. He added that the response to the request has been positive from the Centre’s end.
Further, he added that oxygen production companies have also been asked to increase production to see to it that there’s no shortage of oxygen in hospitals.
