Bengaluru: if Covid -19 cases increases post relaxation on June 14 in State, stringent measures have been planned, said Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar

Speaking to media persons here on Friday June 11, he said that districts with more than 10 per cent infection rate should take serious action and the districts with infection rate within 5% should be alert. Conducting of more and more tests is the only answer, he added.

“Travellers entering the State must be tested at checkpoints. All infected people in rural areas must be admitted to respective COVID sare centres. Even if there are 5 cases in a village, there is a need to seal it down, he instructed.

He requested people to comply with government guidelines assuring that in the next four months everyone will be vaccinated.
