Bengaluru: Government employees will no longer be able to enjoy the second Saturday of every month, as the state government has decided to revoke the holiday.
The state government on Thursday, December 12, rolled out a notification in which it has decided to do away with the second Saturday holiday with immediate effect.
It can be recalled that the state government, in its 2019 notification, had said that government institutions would be given the second and fourth Saturdays off.
