Bengaluru/New Delhi: In a shocking development, Union Minister of State for Railways Suresh Angadi succumbed to Covid-19 at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi.
It can be recalled that the MP from Belagavi tested positive for COVID-19 two weeks ago.
Angadi, who is a four-time MP from the Belagavi district, is survived by his wife and daughter.
He was first elected MP in 2004.
MoS Angadi is the second parliamentarian from Karnataka to succumb to Covid-19.
