Bengaluru: The High court of Karnataka has finally granted bail to Kampli Congress MLA JN Ganesh.
Ganesh, who is jail since February 2019 after being arrested by the Bidadi police from an unknown destination in Gujarat was kept in Parappana Agrahara.
Ganesh is facing the charges of assaulting fellow MLA and mining baron Anand Singh, Hospet MLA at a private resort in Bidadi over trivial issues.
The Congress had kept its MLAs in the resort fearing Operation Kamala and fall of the coalition government led by HD Kumaraswamy.
