Bangalore: The state Congressmen are interfering in the affairs of Election Commission, alleged former PM Deve Gowda and it would not enable free and just voting, said Gowda.

Addressing the media persons here on Friday May 3, Gowda said that BJP led state government has transferred Deputy Commissioners in short notice, while Congress veteran leaders are directly responsible for raiding the house of former minister A Krishnappa by the income tax officers.

KPCC president Dr G Parameshwar and opposition leader Siddaramaiah are responsible for the income tax officers raid on the house of the former minister Krishnappa, added Gowda.

The report of A T Ramaswamy that was published recently has proved that 45,000 state-owned lands in and around the metro are encroached upon and demanded how many are involved in this scam, demanded Gowda.
