Bengaluru: Leaders from the first family of the JDS party, MLA Anita Kumaraswamy, wife of CM H D Kumaraswamy and PWD minister H D Revanna, met former CM and Congress leader Siddaramaiah individually at his residence on Saturday night.
First, Anita Kumaraswamy arrived at Siddu’s house and complained against the Mandya district Congress leaders, especially former minister Narendra Swamy (SC) and Cheluvaraya Swamy (Vokkaliga), saying that they are not campaigning for her son Nikhil, in the crucial Mandya Lok Sabha constituency.
Later, PWD minister H D Revanna met the former CM and, according to sources, when he complained about the Hassan Congress leader, Siddu hit back at him and accused him of not following the Maithri (coalition) dharma. Siddu then assured both the leaders that he will resolve the issues and ensure the victory of both Prajwal and Nikhil.
