Govt to form technical committee to study health issues in COVID recovered persons

Bengaluru: One of the common complaints of those who have recovered from Covid-19 is about the various health complications including breathing relates problems, increased sugar level, fatigue etc.

After large scale complaints about the health issues after COVID-19 recovery, the state government decided to form a technical committee to look into these issues.

Medical education minister Dr K Sudhakar informed that state will constitute a special technical committee of medical experts to study the long term effects of Covid 19 in people who have recovered from the infection.

“We will evaluate those who had mild and severe symptoms, especially those with co-morbidity. The medical experts’ team will also develop new strategies for clinical care to improve long term health of all those who have recovered from Covid-19,” he stated.
