Bengaluru: Four persons from the same family died on the spot after a speeding car in which they were traveling hit a roadside toilet on the Bengaluru-Mangaluru national highway near Channarayapatna.
The deceased are Vivek Nayak, his wife Veena Nayak and their two children.
According to the Channarayapatna police, Vivek Nayak is the resident of Chikkabanavara in Bengaluru. “They were traveling from Mangaluru to Bengaluru,” said police.
“We have informed the family members. Once they arrive at the station we can get a clear picture of the incident,” said police.
The bodies are kept at the Channarayapatna general hospital mortuary.
