The state of Karnataka has seen a rise of Covid cases on a massive level. In the past 24 hours, the state has seen a massive spike of 10,250 cases, and out of which, 7500 cases have been reported from the city of Bangalore only. Though speculations are going around in the market about the possibility of another lockdown, the Deputy Chief Minister of the State, Mr. Ashwath Narayan has ruled out the possibility of another complete lockdown just like the previous year.

The basic purpose of the lockdown is to break the chain so that the spread of this virus can be curbed and the situation can be brought under control. But in the past year, it has been witnessed that many people started suffering from depression while staying at home for months. People who have got the habit of playing online casinos had a nice time as they used to play casino games right from the comfort of their home either in their home computer or Smartphone.

If the state goes into lockdown again, you can play casino games and again start earning money and also spend your past time quite comfortably. When you are planning to play casino games while staying at home, always join a reliable and trustworthy casino so that you get good returns on your money and your investment is not duped. In such a case, you can take a review from the reputed site toponlinecasino.my so that you not feel cheated at the end of the day. If you land up playing in the wrong casino, you may lose your entire money and get a big heartbreak.

The Deputy Chief Minister is of the opinion that along with life, Government must take care of livelihood also. So, they are planning and trying their best to cope up with the situation and trying to keep a balance between life and livelihood. Taking appropriate measures to curb the spread of the epidemic, the Government must also see that the livelihood of the people is not affected and the economy goes on moving.

To curb the spread of the disease, the Government has also imposed a night curfew from 10 PM to 5 AM in the morning in 7 districts and major towns where the spread of the virus is more. Though the various restaurant and pub owners of the state has requested the Government to increase the timing till 11 PM as the timing of 10 PM is affecting their business, but the Government has remain fixed to the 10 PM timing just to contain the spread of the epidemic.

In the meantime, many examinations in schools and colleges are going to be held in the coming days. The Government has clearly stated that no steps will be taken to stop or withheld the examinations. All scheduled exams in schools and colleges will be held on time. Offline classes have been discontinued in all schools till Class 9 and also in all degree colleges. Almost all exams in higher education degree have been completed and only a few exams are left behind. So, completing those few remaining exams is not a big issue and hence will be completed as per schedule. Credibility becomes a big challenge when the exams are held online. But the academic year needs to be completed in the interest of the students. The Deputy Chief Minister said that in the next year also, the online classes will continue as the Government does not want to postpone the academic year of the students and affect their career prospects.

In spite of the rapid spread of the pandemic from last year, the Government of Karnataka has conducted several state-level examinations. The other measures which have been taken by the state government include the closing of all the gyms, party halls in the residential complexes, and also swimming pools. At the same time, attendance has been limited to 50% in cinema halls and fitness centers in all cities of the state.

K. Sudhakar, the Health Minister of Karnataka has said that the medical experts have warned him of the peak in the rise in infections in the first week of the month of May. Accordingly, the Minister has asked the medical team to submit a detailed report on the issue so that the administration can take appropriate steps to curb the spread of this epidemic. The Government has asked for a complete action plan report from them so that the situation does not get out of hand.

Covid cases are rising in India at an alarming level and the states which are accountable for it, include Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Delhi, and Kerala and these states account for 70 percent of India’s present Covid cases. In spite of all these precautions, daily cases in India are rising continuously and the new number has touched 170,000 cases approximately.

The Chief Minister of Karnataka, BS Yediyurappa has urged the people of the state to take safety measures for their own safety and good. He said that he will implement strict measures if found that people are not taking things seriously and the number of cases is rising at an alarming rate at the end of the month. Urging the people to take safety measures, he asked the people to wear face masks, use sanitizers and maintain social distancing as much as possible.

He also said that the Government is not willing to go for a lockdown and they are going for a solution where people are expected to cooperate so that the chain of the virus breaks on its own. If it is found that people are not cooperating with the Government and the cases are rising at an alarming rate, then the Technical Advisory Committee may suggest a lockdown. In that case, the Government of Karnataka will have no option but go for a lockdown and halt the entire economy for a few days or weeks, as per the need of the hour. So, the people will have to understand the seriousness of the matter and act accordingly.
