Bengaluru: Sandalwood actor-cum-producer Rakshith Shetty and music composer Ajaneesh Loknath who were facing legal trouble over the copyright case filed by Lahari music company, are out for more trouble with a court issuing non-bailable warrant against them.

It can be recalled that in the 2016 release “Kirik Party”, produced under Rakshith Shetty owned banner Paramvah Studios had created a controversy for allegedly using 1987 Kannada hit movie “Premaloka” song “Nodamma Hudugi” tune and lyrics in its “Who are you” song.

The Lahari music company, which officially has the rights over the 1987 chartbuster had claimed that Rakshith and Ajaneesh had not taken rights from the music company. The company had filed a case against Paramvah Studios.

Shetty and Loknath, both reportedly did not appear before the court.

As per the sources, both had skipped several hearings of the court, for which, the Magistrate Court has now reportedly issued a non-bailable warrant against them.

According to the legal procedure, if Rakshith and Ajaneesh do not appear before the court, the police will take them into custody and produce them before the court.
