Bengaluru: The BJP is likely to move to the High Court following a large number of complaints regarding the deletion of voters’ names from the voter’s list which was used as a reference for the polls on Thursday across the city.

The party believes that the BBMP officers have deleted thousands of names from the list at the behest of the JDS and Congress leaders, to benefit their candidates.

In a social media post, BJP leader and Rajajinagar MLA K Suresh Kumar requested the residents, whose names were deleted from the list, to send their details to nimmasuresh.2009@gmail.com.

The residents have been requested to put ‘Denied Voting Right’ in the subject line.
