Bengaluru: For the first time in the country, the BBMP will create history by presenting its budget via video conferencing, on April 20.
L Shrinivas, chairman, standing committee on finance and taxation will present budget at 11 am, at the BBMP headquarters. It will be webcasted in all the eight zonal offices too.
According to L Shrinivas, there will be no debate on the budget.
BJP leaders have decided to take approval for the budget via video conference and send it to the BBMP for the approval.
It can be recalled that BBMP was not able to spend its resources due to the delay in the budget presentation.
