Gundlupete: A fire broke out once again in the Bandipur National Reserved forests of the Kundukere area.

According to reports, the fire has been set by miscreants and has spread across an area of 30 acres. Sources in the forest department have confirmed that about 30 acres of the forest have caught fire.

Although it is difficult to put out the fire as it is in the valley region, the forest department officials are trying to prevent it from spreading to the nearby areas by setting fires in the opposite direction, said Bandipur Tiger Project Director, Balachander.
