Bengaluru: In April, the death of a sixth-semester Engineering student of a city college sent shock waves across the state. Students and various organisations had organised state-wide protest alleging foul-play in her death. But now another girl student from the same group of educational institutions has been found dead under the mysterious condition.
This student from Ganamuru village was 17-years-old and was pursuing a para-medical course in a city college.
She was missing for the last five days and a case was registered at the city women’s police station.
Now the body of the girl has been found on the banks of Tunga Bhadra river in Kurnool of Telangana.
According to the police sources, the girl was missing since August 16.
Meanwhile, the police informed that they detained an auto driver and an investigation is on.
