143 Deaths And Highest Single Day Spike Reported In Karnataka

Bengaluru: Karnataka’s Health Department announced another record-breaking single-day surge of 34,804 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, bringing the overall caseload to 13.39 lakh and death toll to 14,426.

On Saturday April 25, the state recorded the highest single-day increase of 29,438 cases.

There were 20,733 cases in Bengaluru Urban alone.

In the same day, 6,982 people were discharged from the hospital after their recovery.

Reports from the state the Health Department shows that a total of 13,39,201 COVID-19 positive cases have been reported in the state, with 14,426 deaths and 10,62,594 discharges.
