Hassan: While the Congress leaders in the state are blaming the coalition with the Janata Dal (S) for the downfall of the party in the recent 2019 Lok Sabha elections and also elections in every levels, JDS Member of Parliament from Hassan Lok Sabha Constituency, Prajwal Revanna has targeted the Congress party and said that the Congress was the reason for the fall of the coalition government.
Speaking to media, here on Monday, July 29, Prajwal has said, “The main reason why the coalition failed is the Congress. Neither am I disturbed by the fall of coalition nor is the party upset. ‘Hate Politics’ shall never be played by us.”
“The Congress leaders are fooling us. Some of the leaders have destroyed the coalition only for money”, he added.
Commenting on the Bharatiya Janata Party government which has come to power and rumours of the JDS extending support to the BJP, Prajwal said that he is not an astrologer to predict how long the BJP government will last. “Let us wait and watch,” he said.
“The JDS extending support to the BJP government is out of question. It may be an opinion of a few MLAs but not the party, ” he said.
