Hassan: Former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has warned CM BS Yediyurappa against carrying out any I-T raids on his residence.
Speaking to media persons on Tuesday, October 22, Kumaraswamy said, “If the Income Tax department conducts any raid on my house, then they will only find documents related to CM BSY’s illegal asset allocation.”
“It is difficult to even describe in words how BSY is looting the state’s treasury by helping the disqualified MLAs instead of flood victims,” he added.
HDK further said, “It is not ethical to indulge in mud-slinging in the name of flood relief, as it will not help in solving the problems of the flood victims.”
Meanwhile, Kumaraswamy also criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not assessing the flood situation in Karnataka despite visiting the state more than 12 times during the election season.
