Did IT officers raid Shiva temple in Haradanahalli?

Hassan: The ongoing IT raids across the state have taken a curious turn as JDS leaders have alleged that IT department officers raided the Shiva temple in Haradanahalli, the family temple of JDS supremo H D Devegowda.

According to the JDS activists, on Friday evening, IT officers raided the temple and its priest, Prakash Bhat’s house.

According to sources, six officers arrived in the Haradanahalli village in two cars and raided the temple. However, the IT authorities have denied these claims. “It is fake news,” they said.

In these events, JD(S) supremo Devegowda and Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy warned that the curse of both Lord Shiva and the priest will fall on the BJP in the election. “It will be the end of the BJP,” HDK said in Kunigal.
