Kalaburgi: Over 10 students of a private school in the city sustained injuries when the school bus hit a roadside tree. All the injured students have been rushed to a local hospital and all are said to be out of danger.
According to the Kalaburgi traffic police, the incident reported around 9.15 am on Thursday. The children are from Ayyappa school, Chennaveeranagar of the city. They were on a school trip.
“Near Venkatagiri hotel, the driver lost control on the wheels and hit the roadside tree. 10 students sustained injuries in the accident,” police informed.
