Kalaburagi: Launching a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his surprise visit to Lahore during last week of December, 2015, Sri Rama Sene Founder Pramodh Muthalik questioned the PM if he is vying for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Addressing reporters on Thursday, Muthalik said that it was wrong on Prime Minister Modi’s part to have paid a surprise visit to Pakistan and now the PM owes a reply to the nation as to why he took up this unscheduled tour to Pakistan.

“For his longstanding belief that terrorism and peace talks could not go hand in hand, he now needs to explain what exactly propelled his Lahore trip,” he questioned and added that it was time gun replaced pen as far as Pakistan is concerned.

He also demanded resignation from Defence Minister Manohar Parikkar on moral grounds for Pathankot Air Base attack, as the Minister himself has confessed that there were security lapses.
