Mumbai, October 17, 2025: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has announced its financial results for the second quarter of FY26, reporting a 4.5% increase in consolidated revenue to ₹2.55 lakh crore compared to the previous quarter. However, net profit declined by 32.7% to ₹18,165 crore.

Key Financial Highlights (QoQ):

  • Revenue: ₹2.55 lakh crore (up 4.5%)
  • EBITDA: ₹45,885 crore (up 7%)
  • EBITDA Margin: 18% (up 40 bps)
  • Net Profit: ₹18,165 crore (down 32.7%)

Reliance Jio reported a 3.7% sequential increase in net profit to ₹7,375 crore, with revenue rising 3.71% to ₹36,332 crore. Reliance Retail also showed strong performance, with net profit up 5.7% QoQ to ₹3,457 crore and revenue increasing 7% to ₹79,128 crore.

Despite the decline in net profit, RIL’s shares rose 1.35% to ₹1,416.95 on the BSE, reflecting investor confidence in its diversified business model.
