Los Angeles: Actor Ryan Jamaal Swain has requested singer Madonna Louise Ciccone to make her appearance in the second season of the show “Pose”.
While performing at the opening gala of Outfest, Los Angeles’ annual LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) film festival, “Pose” fame actor Swain said, “Madonna, you gave us ‘Vogue’, I just want you to bring your butt and be a part of ‘Pose’. We love you and we adore you.”
FX, an American television channel, on Wednesday, announced the news of the second season of “Pose”, and Swain has confirmed it by saying “Filming should begin this winter”, reports Hollywoodreporter.com.
“Pose” is a dance musical that explores the juxtaposition of several segments of life and society in New York, and has made the history for having the largest cast of trans actors on a scripted television series, including actors Mj Rodriguez, Dominique Jackson, Indya Moore, Hailie Sahar and Angelica Ross.
