Davangere: The state BJP has been reiterating that the state coalition government will collapse soon and repeating the same, MLA Renukacharya and MP and Ministry of State, Union Minister of Railways, Suresh Angadi, here on Sunday, June 2 said that there is no way that the state government would survive.

Speaking to the media, Renukacharya has said that the BJP would come to power at the state yet again under the leadership of BJP State President B S Yeddyurappa and that BSY would become the chief minister.

“I’ll write with my blood that this coalition would not sustain. This government will collapse anytime soon, after which CLP leader Siddaramaiah will become the Opposition leader and BSY will become the CM”, he predicted adding that he would take political retirement if this doesn’t happen.

Speaking about the “Operation Lotus”, Renukacharya said, “The state coalition government will face trouble from the rebel Congress leaders and not by “Operation Lotus”. We’ll not indulge in any operations. The current status of the government looks like it only belongs to state Water Resource Minister D K Shivakumar, Deputy Chief Minister Dr G Parameshwar, and Public Works Department Minister H D Revanna.”

Meanwhile, addressing the media at Belagavi, Minister of State, Union Ministry of Railways, Suresh Angadi has also opined that BSY would become the CM.

He said that the people of the state had blessed the BJP with 25 Lok Sabha seats in the 2019 general election and that they had outrightly rejected the coalition of Congress-JDS.

Quoting the developments of previous BJP government in the state, Suresh said, “During the regime of the BJP, we have constructed Suvarna Soudha in the district. We will take charge of the assembly session in the Suvarna Soudha and those days are not far. This august house will have value only if the BJP comes to power.”

He criticized the state coalition of Congress-JDS by saying that their only intention was to keep the BJP out of power, even after party had emerged as the single largest party in the 2018 assembly elections.
