Inauguration of Novena for Pompeii feast at Urwa Church

Mangaluru: The Nine days Novena of the Feast of Our Lady of Pompeii was inaugurated on November 30 at the Shrine of Pompeii in the presence of devotees, who gathered in large numbers with a prayer service at the Shrine at Urwa Church and procession to the Church, followed by a Mass.

Rev Fr Clifford Fernandes, Parish Priest of Jeppu Church was the main celebrant.

Rev Fr Stany Pereira, Parish Priest of Urwa Church, Rev Fr Jason Lobo, Asst parish priest, Mr Francis Saldanha, Vice president and Mrs Lucy D’Souza, Secretary were present.
