Mangaluru: ICYM Kulur unit in collaboration with A J Hospital Mangaluru organised Red Drop Kulur 2K18, a blood donation camp under ICYM Blood Account at St. Antony Church Mini Hall, Kulur.
Fr Vincent D’Souza, Parish Priest of St. Antony Church, Kulur presided over the programme along with the Chief guest Fr Ronald Prakash D’Souza, Director of ICYM Central Council Mangalore Diocese, Dayananda Shetty, Corporator of Kulur ward, Gopal Krishna, Blood Bank Incharge A J Hospital, Lavina D’Souza, President, Catholic Sabha Kulur unit and Claver D’Souza, Animator ICYM Kulur unit.
Anusha Ferrao, member ICYM Kulur unit welcomed the gathering. Fr Ronald Prakash D’Souza, Fr Vincent D’Souza, Dayananda Shetty and Gopal Krishna addressed the gathering on the importance of blood donation. Reeshal D’Souza thanked all the guests and felicitated all the guests with a memento as a token of gratitude and compered the inaugural programme. 70 donors had come to donate blood but only 51 were eligible as per medical tests. ICYM Kulur unit members have worked hard to be a helping hand towards the needy as well for the success of this event.
