Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Borimar unit organised a Candle light prayer service on Sunday, 28th April 2019 at 6:30 pm in St. Joseph Church, Borimar in order to show their solidarity for the people who lost their lives in the humane terror attack, due to bomb explosion in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday.
The candle light prayer service was led by Most Rev. Dr Henry Dsouza – Bishop, Diocese of Bellary in the presence of Rev. Fr Gregory Pereira – Parish Priest, St. Joseph Church, Borimar and the parishioners who prayed for peace and humanity around the globe.
The prayer service was organised on the occasion of Parish day celebration initiated by the youths of ICYM Borimar unit. Honorable Bishop Most Rev. Dr Henry Dsouza along with the parish priest and parishioners appreciated the youth for their humanitarian initiative.
