Chitradurga: In a raid conducted by the Chitradurga police on a carrom board game adda, 34 gamblers have been arrested near the Basaveshwara theatre here on Wednesday, December 12.
In the name of carrom game, gambling was going on. The police have seized Rs 64000 cash and 26 mobile phones.
DySP Santhosh and CPI Faizal conducted this raid on confirmed information.
In the raid, around eight carrom boards and furniture were also seized.
A case had been registered.
