Mangaluru: St Aloysius Evening College (SAEC) in association with SPAS Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. and Mangalore Association of Realtors organised a unique outreach programme at the Gardens of Delight Villa project at Shakthinagar, Mangaluru on Thursday, July 26.
Krishnaprasad, a well-known lawyer from Mangaluru, delivered an insightful talk on “Realty Laws”. He spoke about the importance of documentation and RERA regulations in solving various issues pertaining to the real estate sector.
The director of SPAS Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Dheeraj Reddy, general manager (marketing) Joseph Fernandes, and president of Mangalore Association of Realtors Roger Pinto were present on the occasion.
Dr Donald Lobo, the Dean, Faculty of Commerce & Director of Diploma and Certificate courses at SAEC, stressed the need for creating well-informed realtors in the present scenario. Around 40 realtors took part in the outreach progamme.
