RGUHS Mysore zonal inter-collegiate Throw Ball-Tennikoit Tourny at FMHMC

MULLERS1Mangaluru: “Students should take active part in sports and enjoy playing games for a healthy mind and body. They should never underestimate their opponent or have over confidence”, said Rev Fr Richard Coelho, Director, FMCI the chief guest, during the inaugural programme of the RGUHS Mysore Zonal Inter-collegiate Throw Ball (Men & Women) & Tennikoit (Women) Tournament 2017-18 hosted at Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Deralakatte on October 27.

The tournament was inaugurated by the chief guest with a mock play. The programme began with a prayer song, after which the Principal, Dr Shivaprasad K, welcomed the gathering.

Rev Fr Sylvester Lobo, In-charge Administrator, FMHMC and Hospital, Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran, Vice Principal, FMHMC & Hospital, Rev Fr Peter Noronha, Former Director, Dr Sajan K R, Coordinator, Sports Committee, FMHMC & Hospital, Chenna Keshava MG, Physical Education Instructor, FMHMC & Hospital, Mr Goutham K S, Sports Secretary, FMHMC & Hospital & faulty members were present for the programme.

Each of the officials was presented with a memento by the chief guest.

The Sports Secretary, Goutham K S, gave the vote of thanks, following which the inaugural programme was concluded while simultaneously playing the institution’s anthem.
