Mangaluru : Oral hygiene day was celebrated on 1 August 2018 by department of Periodontology, Yenepoya Dental College, Yenepoya University by educating patients about oral hygiene, conducted talk on oral health. Oral hygiene kits were distributed for the students and teachers of DKZP Government higher primary and primary school, Kuttar, Munnur.
As part of oral hygiene day celebration, department conducted collage competition for interns and E-poster competition for post graduates of Yenepoya Dental College on 30 July 2018 in Yenepoya Dental College Auditorium. Prize distribution for winners was done on August 1, 2018 by Principal Dr. Sripathi Rao, Yenepoya Dental College. The staff members Dr. Rajesh K S, Dr. Arun kumar M S, Dr. Vinita Boloor, Dr. Sruthy Prathap, Dr. Anupama Rao, Dr. Vijaya Kumar, Dr. Sneha Bhat, Dr. Haziel Jenifer and Dr. Sarvary Begum were present at this occasion.
