Mangaluru: Mphasis, a leading MNC in the city donated ten laptops to Government High School at Hoige Bazaar on Friday, October 28.
The function was presided over by Joy Devasia, Mphasis, Location Leader, Mangaluru. Ashwil Salins, Operations Manager & CSR Lead, Mangaluru and Anoop Kumar, SPOC, CSR, Mangaluru were the guests of honour.
The programme began with a devotional song by the school students followed by a welcome speech from Lavina Deepthi, In-Charge Head Mistress of the school. Later, one of the students shared her thoughts on the benefits and support they are receiving from Mphasis for their school. Joy then handed over ten laptops to School Pupil Leaders Bharathi and Jilani.
Joy and Ashwil, from Mphasis addressed the gathering, stating the importance of computers in life.
Kannada Assistant Teacher Parvathi delivered the vote of thanks.
