A book gives us knowledge. Books are also like our best friend. But students these days don’t read books, instead, they play games on their phones, watch tv and use other electronic gadgets. E-books and the internet are a great source of information but these resources for sure cannot replace the library and books. A library is important part of students life. A student should use the opportunity and read books as we don’t have to pay for the opportunity.” She concluded by saying that reading books will enrich oneself.
The Principal Rev. Fr Michael Santhumayor, in his presidential message, said that students should make use of the library and also take initiative in writing book reviews.
Around 1000 books were exhibited. Students of Milagres CBSE School and Degree College visited the book Fair 2019 and benefited from the same.
